This is a beautiful Vintage 1930's blue Westmoreland Glass Co. Dragon Foot Argonaut Sea Shell Candy Covered Dish
.
The lid and bowl are adorned with a ring of various types of seashells. Just below the top of the dish is a ring of scalloped seashells. The three feet are dragons or sea serpents and are so very cool. The finial is a single seashell.
The piece is also slightly translucent and has a slight swirl pattern.
This is a very detailed and ornate piece that would be perfect for your shabby chic, cottage chic or Hollywood Regency home.
Measurements: 5.5" Tall x 5" Across.
Condition:
Very nice condition with only only one chip and one tiny tiny flea bite to bottom edge of the inside lid rim. (see pictures)
