Vintage Ye Susan Burr Hooked Rug Machine-Original Box w/Instructions

Description

Up for auction is a Ye Susan Burr Hooked Rug Machine by The Holley Associates - Torrington, Conn.  It glides very nicely and the box is in good used condition.  The instructions have some browning of the paper due to age.  I couldn't find a date on the box or instructions so really don't know the age.  Judging by the clothing worn in the instructions, I would say 1920's.  I have 2 really fantastic burlap rug patterns on ebay right now.  If you have ever thought of making a hooked rug the old fashioned way, here is your opportunity.
