This is a Vintage Bell Western Electric Model 500SM Beige Rotary Dial Telephone.  2 wall cords is included.
New in original box.
The phone is in excellent condition.  Appears to have not been used.   This was tested and when plugged into the wall there was a dial tone.  not able to make or receive calls since our system does not support rotary technology.
