Vintage Rigby Cloth Stripping Machine Hand Crank

I only have the vaguest notion of what this is. Found it at a sale. Has something do to with textile productions / destruction maybe? Just setting the price to what it looks worth as a tool. Crank turns fun. seems to require pressure which is there. I don't know; hopefully you do. heh
