It is in very nice clean condition. There are some normal scuffs from use. There are also a couple nicks in the finish on the receiver and sticker residue on the dialer (see close up photos). The dialer moves properly. The cord is not all stretched out. United Telephone System - Eastern GroupNE 228A 77 Northern Telecom. Made in Canada. I do not have the set-up required to test this phone.
