Here is a very rare Empty TIP TOP AUTO CLEANER & POLISH Tin & Steel 16 oz. advertising can from THOMPSON CHEMICAL CO. PAWTUCKET RHODE ISLAND. This old GAS and Oil advertising piece has a deep impressed and embossed red star screw cap, Trade Mark Reg. U.S. Pat. Off. stamp on front of can and measures approximately 6" x 3 3/4" x 1 3/4". can is in good displayable condition with 2 small dents at bottom right front and bottom left back of can as shown. it has soiling, dings, light scratch marks, and general age-related handling and storage wear. cap has slight tilt to left as shown. please view all pics.
