Condition: I don't know my glass so I am not sure who the maker is or what it should be called :) I took a lot of pictures for you to see. It measures just over 14" diameter. There are no chips or cracks. It is in very nice condition (some of the frosted areas have some surface wear). It is very heavy. Hopefully the pictures give you a good idea of overall condition but please also ask any questions.
