Vintage 12 1/4" x 5 1/2" Cut Glass Tray-Sawtooth Rim-Leaf Design-Etched Flowers

Offered is this rectangular cut glass serving tray with high curving sides and a sawtooth-cut rim. I don't know the pattern name but the piece has a design of octagonal crosshatched areas alternating with X-shaped cuts on either end and a leaf design in the center, with an etched flower on both of the long sides. I don't know the company who made this but it is high-quality, heavy glass-the piece weighs about 2 1/4 lbs. It is certainly old enough to be vintage and may be an antique.
The tray is approx. 12 1/4" long, about 5 1/2" wide and approx. 2" high. Most of it is in very good condition, but it does have a chip at the top of the outside center of one long side, just above the etched flower (see last two photos for inside and outside view of the area).
