Toothpick Holder or Violet Vase possibly Antique Brilliant Cut Glass Crystal

This is a lovely cut glass Toothpick holder- however I guess it could be a violet vase as well.
This measures:   2-1/4" wide top rim with a tapered in neck, and by 2-3/4" tall.
I do not see a signature on this one.  I believe this was made during the American Brilliant period (which dates from 1870-1915) and it could have been an European  import during that time as well.  But without knowing the maker I cannot be positive of origin and date.  I do know that libbey made one in this same shape but a different pattern.
Condition: This has very minor fleabites on the bottom from surface contact, not noticeable when its sitting upright.  top rim and sides look very pretty.
