The only info on this company was when Drug Administration ordered RU- BON Chemical Co to take
RU-BON off the shelf in 1930.
RUBON # 1,2,3 was confiscated from 6 locations, Drug Stores,in the U.S.in Oct 1929.
They were taken to Court for mis branding [Ru-Bon] on Jan 7 1930
No one from Ru-Bon  Chemical Co appeared in court and the U.S. Marshall was ordered to destroy the dozens of bottles
used as evidence in court,and the Co deemed guilty of Misbranding and was ordered to close or be fined for every bottle sold.
This was the end of RU- BON Chemical and Chas D Minter.
