    Description

    This item has been stored in my sewing room for about 18 years.  I bought it to make my own bias bindings, then discovered how easy bias binding on a roll is to work with.  The black fabric is a 65/35 poly/cotton blend used for slacks and skirts, and it went through two layers of it easily.  I have always stored this with the tension eased so the rubber wheels and blade work well.  The handle turns smoothly.
