    Parker 802-9413D Linear Servo Motor Stage with
    Servo Controller CP VIX250IH-13475 Rev A and cables.
    This is a custom version of the MX80L therefore i don't have the exact specs.  But it came from a HDD tester so i imagine the resolution is pretty good.   The programming of the
    VIX250IH should be pretty much the same.
