For sale here is a pair of older, vintage, small size, embossed, oval shaped, threaded top, medicine bottles. The Bayer Company was originally based in New York and was the original marketer/manufacturer of aspirin. It is believed that the product they bottled may have contained heroin as well. The bottles are embossed THE BAYER CO. INC. across both sides. They likely date to the 1930s. Both are about 2.5 inches tall. One of them has a small ding on the top.
