Older Unopened Regular ISODETTES ANTIBACTERIAL THROAT LOZENGES CARTON.
It measures 4 1/8" across and appears to never have been opened but the cellophane wrapper is somewhat rough. I assume that the half dozen tins inside are in mint condition since they have never been outside the carton. There is mild-to-moderate staining to the cellophane with some staining and wearing to the "exposed" part of the carton. It contains its ten original lozenges that originally sold for 89 cents.
