John Deere 24T Baler Clutch

this clutch came off a working baler --please view where the clutch pins connect to drive,at one  time some spot weld was used to rebuild the drive area-would recommend to take clutch apart to make sure it is not froze up in the clutch disc area so that it functions proper.
