SIGNED Edinburgh Crystal Sherry Glasses
. These glasses are hand blown, in the Star of Edinburgh pattern, which was first introduced in 1948.
Star of Edinburgh
is one of only four patterns that were part of the
Connoisseur Collection
and are considered
highly collectible.
The star symbolizes the spirit of the glassmaker's art and is a modern interpretation of a Scottish emblem used in glassmaking for two centuries. Edinburgh Crystal was in business from 1867 to 2006 and was based in Midlothian, Scotland.
