It is a rare wide range of uses DC power board .
    ◆ adjustable power supply with LM317T production, often due to poor contact potentiometer output voltage increases and burned the load. If you increase a transistor , under normal circumstances , the transistor base potential is 0 , the transistor is turned off, no effect on the circuit ; and when the potentiometer is bad , transistor base potential rises , when raised to 0.7v, the transistor conduction, the adjustment LM317T terminal voltage decreases, the output voltage is reduced, thereby protect the load .
