M335 High Performance and Low Cost Microstepping Driver
Descriptions
The M335 is a high performance microstepping driver with low price. The M335 adopts single-chip PWM bipolar sinusoidal chopper to ensure the low vibration and high efficiency. It is suitable for driving 2-phase and 4-phase hybrid stepping motors, so the Nema16-Nema23 stepper motors with a 0.5A-3.5A current will be suitable.

24-30V DC power supply for Nema 23 stepper motors.
(High (≥ 30V) voltage will burn out the chips or stepper motors!!! Please be careful in choosing power supply.)
Current Selection
Output current of the power supply can be calculated by the following formula
Output current = Rated current of your stepper motors x quantity + 2A
Please SHUT DOWN the power before you plug or unplug the connectors to avoid burning up the board.

Details
Microstep Resolution Setting
Microstep resolution is set by SW1, 2 of the DIP switch .Users should first stop drivers working when adjusting the microstep resolution.
Dynamic Current Setting
Dynamic output current is set by SW3, 4 of the DIP switch .
Decay Mode Setting
With the decay mode from 0% to 100%, the attenuation increases. Users can eliminate the stepper motor locked noise and improve motion stabilization by switch SW5, SW6.
Automatic Half-current Function
Output current is automatically switched to 50% after signal pulse stop for about 0.4 seconds (according to the table settings). This can make the motor and drive heating reduction, improved reliability. Theoretically 25% reduction in the heat (heat is proportional to the square of the current).
Signal Interface
PUL + and PUL - are the positive and negative terminals to control the pulse signal.
DIR + and DIR - are the positive and negative terminals of direction signals.
ENA + and ENA - are the positive and negative terminals of enable signals.
Stepper Motor Interface
A+ and A- connect with the positive and negative terminal of A phase winding. B+ and B- connect with the positive and negative terminal of B phase winding. You can reverse the motor direction by swapping A, B phase windings.
Supply Voltage Interface
DC Power Supply: 12-30V DC.Recommend voltage:24V
LED Indicators
Driver has green led indicators. The green led indicator light on when the driver get power.
Installation
The dimension of the driver is 97 x 75 x 35mm . It is recommended to mount the driver vertically to maximize heat sink area.
