Orders within the United States are shipped by Fedex Ground or the US Postal Service (Priority Mail), which takes 1-5 business days depending on your location in the US. For international orders, please send us an email to quote the shipping fee first. We use USPS or Fedex to ship. Your order will usually ship within 2-5 business days after you receive an emailed order confirmation from Automation Technologies Inc.
Automation Technologies Inc. does not ship to PO boxes. For security reasons we can only ship to your credit card billing address. If you would like us to ship to a different address you will need to call your credit card company and have them add an alternate address to your card. We will make all efforts possible to ship your order within 1-5 business days after receipt of payment. We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays. All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday. During the holidays and on Sundays, our order processing time may increase. Automation Technologies Inc. charges sales tax for orders shipped to Illinois. Recipients of orders shipped to other states are responsible for complying with state and local tax laws.
