    Lovely Vintage Flow Blue Charger w/ strong cobalt blue coloration. The charger theme is of Windmill Scene. The Large platter measures 12-1/2" and has a metal wire to mount on wall. The platter is in very good condition, no chips, cracks, or repairs. The back shows very mild crazing but not visible on the front. Any questions please ask.
