Antique S Harlow Bros Heavy Metal Jug
Interesting large metal jug used for oil or fuel with wooden stopper. I think this is made of heavy tin and sheet iron. This metal jug is heavy and has a great patina and rustic look to it. The stopper is wood and does smell lightly of fuel.
There is a metal label on the front of the jug that reads:
S Harlow Bros
Heavy Tin and Sheet Ironworks
Boatpumps
General Hardware
442 W 42 St NY
Condition: Good pre-owned, vintage condition. There are some dents in this can and the stopper has a piece of tape on it. See photos.
