I really wasn’t sure what this was. I asked for help and was told it’s a Antique One Drop Oiler. Made of Brass and Metal. Others said a Tobacco tile packer and cleaner and Muzzleloader hole cleaner. If you know, great. Thanks.
It is 4 1/4” long.
