    Offered for your consideration is an antique NOS 2½ Ounce bottle of A. D. S. Cough Remedy. Made by the American Druggists Syndicate Laboratories of New York, this product was a remedy for coughs, colds, LaGrippe (flu), and bronchitis. The box states that this was NOT a patent medicine, rather a remedy selected and warranted by an association of sixteen thousand qualified druggists. I believe that this product is from the very early 1900s, as it does bear a 1906 date on the bottle. The box and contents are in very good to near excellent 'as found' condition. The box does include the original corrugated sleeve to help protect the bottle. All show handling, including some bends, but they are complete, with all of the graphics clear and legible. The box measures 5 5/8" tall and is 2 1/4" x 1 3/8". It has a weight of 7 ounces, but will ship at 1 pound, as it will be double boxed for protection. A remarkable discovery for the collector!!
