Screw top w/ cap.
All labels in place.
Front label reads in part "LASH'S BITTERS NATURAL LAXITIVE LPC Co".
Rear label reads in part "LASH'S BITTERS  THE ORIGINAL LAXATIVE".
One side is embossed " LASH'S BITTERS">
Bottle is 9 1/2" tall and 2 1/2" square.
Bottom is embossed with the Owens Illinois logo and "4 2 2".
Cap was on the bottle when I purchased it.
Condition is excellent with no chips, cracks or crazing.
Labels show there age with some minor scrapes.
