Mosby Medicine Company was started in 1923 as a one-man operation with Mosby mixing, bottling and selling his concoction.  First he introduced his Konjola in Richmond, Indiana and then through the Dow drug chain in Cincinnati. With the stock market crash followed by the Depression, Mosby was no longer able to meet his financial obligations, and creditors began to sue.  Fearing the proliferation of suits, Mosby filed suit to dissolve his corporation.
