Bottle is about 1/2 full. Cork is floating inside liquid in bottle. Metal cap appears to be tight, but I will do my best to seal for shipment
Capsaicin was the active ingredient for the tingly scalp feeling
Labels on bottle are fragile and coming off
The original instruction brochure is included
