    Acquired by a family member while living in Berlin, Germany
    during the 1960's Cold War Era,
    these stemware were never used but put into storage:
    4 large and beautiful, vintage German hand cut, heavy lead crystal
    Water - Wine Goblets / Glasses.
    AMAZINGLY STORED NEW, UNUSED FOR OVER 55 YEARS,
    OVER HALF A CENTURY - ALMOST 6 DECADES!
    COLD WAR ERA - FROM BEHIND THE IRON CURTAIN
    DDR - EAST BERLIN, GERMANY
    CRISSCROSS AND SPINNING STARBURST DESIGN

    Tapping them emits a lovely, musical "ping",
    or reverberated ringing sound.
    Approximate measurements:
    6 1/2" tall - 2 3/4" base - 3 1/8" open diameter
    Several different backgrounds were used to
    hopefully better show their true clear beauty.
    They would make a wonderful gift,
    a very nice addition to any vintage crystal collection,
    or simply enjoy the pleasure of using them yourself.
