Features
USB 2.0 communication interface, real-time transmission. No need to install any USB drivers and support hot swapping. Plug-and-Play like a USB flash disk. This card is compatible with all Windows system including 32 bits and 64 bits Windows 2000/XP/Vista/Windows 7.
Opto-coupling isolation all 16 inputs/8 outputs/4 axis motor outputs/spindle speed/speed test signals. Safety and reliable. Output 200 KHz step-pulse frequency and using 10 MHz high-speed optical coupling electrical isolation.
This board has an original external ratio-adjustment knob input. It is very convenient to use the knob to adjust the feed rate (F), spindle speed (S) and jog speed (Jog).
This motion card can output precision spindle speed analog: 0-5V or 0-10V. You can connect a frequency inverter to control the spindle speed. Besides, the card has a spindle speed signal input (Closed-loop threading is not supported). The Mach3 will display the pindle speed vaue in real time. And provide real-time speed graph to make the speed variations clear and lively.
